Troop 507’s High Adventure program challenges our older Scouts to seek out new adventures and meet them head-on. These trips typically require learning extra skills such as how to safely camp in the backcountry, wilderness first-aid, and extra physical conditioning. The payoff is an experience that many won’t ever do or even attempt, which makes these trips very special for our crews. Some of our past adventures include Sea Base in the Florida Keys, Philmont Scout Ranch in Cimarron, NM, Northern Tier and the Boundary Waters along the U.S./Canadian border, Glacier National Park in Montana, and ZBASE right here in Oklahoma.
